John LeBoutillier
Chairman of Groupe Deschênes Inc. since September 1, 2009. John is also Chairman of the Board of Industrial Alliance, Insurance and Financial Services Inc., of Roctest Ltd and of the Conseil du patronat du Québec. He is also Vice-Chairman of TechnoCentre éolien Gaspésie-les Îles (Wind Energy TechnoCentre) and director of several companies including Mazarin Inc., Semafo Inc. and Société générale de financement du Québec. He received his law degree from Université Laval and his MBA from the University of Western Ontario (now The Richard Ivey School of Business). He is a member of the Quebec Bar and of the Order of Canada. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Sidbec-Dosco Inc. (now Mittal Canada Montreal Inc.) from 1983 to 1996 and President and Chief Executive Officer of the Iron Ore Company of Canada from 1996 to 2000, a director of Cartons St-Laurent Inc. and of various Canadian, North American and international industry associations. In 2000, he was a member of the Quebec Commission of Inquiry into Health and Social Services (Clair Commission) and, in 2001, a member of the Canadian Democracy and Corporate Accountability Commission (Bennett/Broadbent Commission). |

Jacques Deschênes
Honorary Chairman of Groupe Deschênes Inc. Jacques
joined the family enterprise in 1954 and occupied
different functions until he became President General
Manager of the enterprise in 1973. Under his leadership,
the enterprise grew from 1 to over 50 outlets throughout
Québec and in Ontario. In addition, the enterprise
has a participation in a company in Alberta, JBW
Pipe & Supply Limited, where he is the Secretary-Treasurer.
He is also President of RES Tourisme Gaspésie
Inc., a real estate enterprise, in the Gaspé
region. Within his professional activities, Jacques
Deschênes is a member of the Board of Directors
and Vice President of Canaplus Limited Partnership,
a Canada-wide plumbing and heating purchasing group.
He is also Chairman of the Quebec Institute for
Business Families, a member of the Governance Board of McGill - HEC Montreal International Business Families Center and a member of the Board of Directors
of La Cordée
Foundation. In the past, Jacques was a member of
the Board of Directors and Verification Committee
of the Canadian Standards Association (CSA), a Canadian
standardization association; Board member of Club
St-Denis; Chairman of the Board of the Canadian
Institute of Plumbing and Heating; Vice President
of the District of Montréal Chamber of Commerce;
Scouts Rovers Commissary for the Montréal
diocese and President of La Cordée coop;
Board member of the Business Families Foundation; Board member of the Palestre Nationale Foundation. |

François
Deschênes
François is Vice President Marketing and Business Development of Groupe Deschênes Inc. since February 2009. Previously, he was Vice President Procurement . He joined the family business in
2000. He is also involved with Canaplus Limited Partnership,
a Canada-wide plumbing and heating purchasing group.
After carrying out two training assignments in Deschênes
Group companies, he completed a Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration from the École
des HEC in 1994. He then held various positions
in the manufacturing industry and started a multimedia
company in 1997. |

Martin Deschênes
President and CEO of Deschênes Group Inc.,
Martin joined the family business in the early 80's.
Martin held various positions before overseeing
the management of Plomberium affiliates in Montréal
and of Desco in Toronto for three years. Upon his
return to Montréal, he obtained his MBA from
l'École des HEC in 1998. It was at the very
end of 2000 that Jacques Deschênes passed
over the torch to his oldest son Martin, when he
was named President and COO of Deschênes Group. |

Gilles Leroux
Chairman and CEO of Acier
Leroux Inc. until July 2003, Gilles has been with
Acier Leroux Inc. for more than 25 years. This family
enterprise which became public in 1986 is a leading
steel distributor with 26 business locations in
Eastern Canada and in the North-Eastern and Midwestern
United States. The last fiscal year showed total
sales exceeding $600 million. After obtaining his
Bachelor of Business Administration at UQAM, Gilles
held senior positions in the areas of sales, purchasing
and production, then President and COO before being
nominated chairman of the board of Acier Leroux
in 1999. |

Richard Lord
Richard Lord is President
and Chief Executive Officer since 1988 of Quincaillerie
Richelieu Ltée, a TSX corporation since 1993
under the stock market symbol RCH. He holds the
title of Fellow from the Society of Management Accountants
of Canada (FCMA). Quincaillerie Richelieu Ltée
is the most important distributor, importer and
manufacturer of specialized hardware products in
Canada. Richelieu has a sales volume of more than
320 million dollars and a network of 34 distribution
centers in North America, 26 across Canada and eight
in the United States, with two manufacturing plants
in Canada. Richard Lord sits on the board of directors
of Familiprix and Technologies 20-20 inc. and on
the Centre de formation professionnelle Émile
Legault governing board. He is a member of the Saint-Laurent
Chamber of Commerce and lifetime governor of the
South Shore Chamber of Commerce of which he was
president in 1981-1982. He is active within several
professional associations such as lAssociation
des fabricants et distributeurs de lindustrie
de la cuisine du Québec (AFDICQ) of which
he is treasurer and Le Cercle des Présidents
du Québec. |

Andrew T. Molson
A lawyer by training, Andrew Molson joined NATIONAL Public Relations, one of RES PUBLICA's operating companies, in 1997, and became a partner and vice-chairman of RES PUBLICA in 2005. A seventh-generation member of the Molson brewing family, he is also vice-chairman of the board of directors of Molson Coors Brewing Company. Andrew became a member of the Quebec Bar in 1995 after studying law at Laval University in Quebec City. He also holds a bachelor of arts degree from Princeton University and a masters of science in corporate governance and ethics from University of London (Birkbeck College), and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Andrew serves on several non-profit boards, including Concordia University, the Institute for Governance of Private and Public Organizations, the Montreal Fluency Centre, the Quebec Institute for
Business Families, the Ste-Justine Hospital Foundation, the Vimy Foundation, and the Molson Foundation, a family foundation dedicated to the betterment of Canadian society. Andrew also serves as Honorary Lieutenant Colonel of the Royal Montreal Regiment, and Honorary Commissioner of the Quebec Council of Scouts Canada. |

Jean-Louis Mongrain
With over 30 years with
major financial institutions, Jean-Louis brings
an extensive credit and risk management experience.
He has held numerous positions, including Credit
Committee Chairman at the Laurentian Bank as well
as Vice President, Corporate Accounts and President
of BLC Capital. He holds a Master's degree in Commerce
from the Université de Sherbrooke. He is
also an active board of trustee member for several
non profit organizations, namely the Ensemble de
musique Arion. |
