Montreal – Wednesday, June 1, 2022 – Deschenes Group Inc. (DGI) has acquired Crane Supply, a division of Crane Canada Co., consolidating its position as a Canadian-owned leader in its industry.

The acquisition, effective as of May 31, 2022, has expanded the Canadian geographic area where DGI distributes pipe, valves, fittings and piping accessories (“PVF”). The acquisition has added 27 new sales outlets to DGI’s current network in the 10 Canadian provinces. DGI now has 229 sales outlets and 3,500 qualified employees. The name Crane Supply currently remains.

Crane Supply becomes the 16th business unit of DGI and will continue to operate as it does now, under the leadership of Tom Frazer and his team. Tom will report to Sylvain Vachon, Vice President, Infrastructure Market at Deschenes Group.
