On May 26, 2005, Deschenes Group Inc. acquires all issued and outstanding shares of Bardon Supplies Limited.
In the fall of 2005 Bardon opens a new Bathworks showroom in St. Catharines.
On October 6, 2010, Bardon moves its main business place in new premises in Belleville.
