Montreal, Quebec – Tuesday, February 4, 2025 – Deschenes Group Inc. has completed the acquisition of PinAcle Stainless Steel Inc., solidifying its position as a leading Canadian-owned company in its industry.

Effective as of January 31, 2025, the acquisition allows, among other things, to extend and complete the range of products offered by Deschenes Group in Canada for the distribution of pipes, valves, fittings and piping accessories ("PVF"). The transaction adds six sales outlets to the company's current network in six provinces. In total, Deschenes Group now has 236 sales outlets and 3,850 qualified employees. The PinAcle name will remain.

PinAcle becomes the 17th business unit of Deschenes Group and will continue to operate as it currently does, under the leadership of John Gough, Marc Hébert and the existing teams. They will report to Sylvain Vachon, Vice President, Infrastructure Market at Deschenes Group.
